Spiritual Director Report: When Nehemiah was serving the king, he started praying for directions as far as what God wanted for him to do. We need to ask for a purpose and a way to go forward, and not be complacent. Both in our own lives and as a ministry. See, Feel, Pray. It’s ok to see and feel things we don’t like but we need to not lose focus on God’s plan. Seek his guidance, ask him to change yourself to move as God would have you. 

President’s Report: Melinda Lovell is still interested in being a Spiritual Director as long as her health allows. Steve Fletcher is wanting to be on the fall weekend. Mike O’Dell is possibly still available as long as he’s still living here. 

Treasurer’s Report: Sara is not present and we have no access to bank statement at this time. 

Secretary/Registrar’s Report: no meeting for April, did not have enough for a quorum.

Kathy motions to accept report, Rose 2nd all in favor, none opposed, motion carried. 

Webmaster’s Report: (Rose) nothing to report. 

Historian’s Report: (Kathy) book it updated after the spring weekend. 

Inventory Report: Have to fix trailers. 

Old Business: 501c3- Kim Skillern just graduated college, Angel will get with her now that she has a bit of time for it. Tammy volunteered to help as well because she just opened one up for T.E.C. Neway.
