Spiritual Director's Report: Devotion-Battling Doubts- Wavering faith in God is a very common, daily thing that happens in your thoughts. Pray that God helps you in your unbelief. Be merciful to yourself as you are human and cling to God. Doubt your doubts. Use this as a tool to keep seeking God.

We still need Spiritual Directors. We need to be in prayer for the church as a whole.

President's Report: Still here, still moving forward! We've got so many things to be thankful for.

Treasurer's Report: Dec. $1,826.40, Jan. $1,808.39, Feb. $1,790.38. The only withdrawal has been the $18.01 for zoom each month. Amber motioned to receive the treasurer's report, Kathy 2nd, all in favor none opposed, motion carried.

Secretary Report: Kathy motioned to accept January meeting minutes as written, Rose 2nd, all in favor, none opposed, motion carried.

Old Business: Just painting on trailers. Toby still has to get in touch with his contact when the snow clears up.

New Business: We should look into getting a 501 c3 for the ministry so we can properly take in donations. We also need to make clearer boundaries on accountability in the by-laws, we will hold a special meeting with the proposed change/adage.

Weekend #51: Team is almost full, have all the crucial spots filled, praying the God provides the rest of the team members needed.

Praise Reports/Praise Requests: Ministry as a whole, Caleb Rollins and his family. Shannon passed her serve-safe test and is now certified! Gil Smith's church. The church body across the world as we continue to face trials. Angel and Cal got to go on a much needed vacation and were able to spend time with each other with no obligations. Beau, as he's still in recruiting school. Ken- finances and guidance in handling them. The spring weekend.
