Spiritual Director's Report: Philippians 1:6 God planned this ministry, it's important. 1 Peter 5:3-6 You need to be willing to serve while seeking God. 1 Corinthians 3:6-7 God makes things grow. We are all different in our unity, in special ways, all to give glory to God. Galations 6:2 Blessed to be you Spiritual Director, appreciate all your support and your serving and dedication. Continue to trust in God and believe he will deliver. 

President's Report: We need a new president. We are needing a new perspective. We all need to be personally praying for vice president. Listen and watch for his direction

Treasurer's Report: $1,844.41- $18.01= $1,826.40 Amber motioned to receive report, Rose 2nd, all in favor, none opposed, motion carried. 

Secretary's Report: Rose motioned to accept November's report as written, Sara 2nd, all in favor, none opposed, motion carried. 

Inventory Report: Flag pole box removed, still need to seal, dryer sheets and damp rid placed in with bed mats.

Old Business: Painting trailers- Toby will have his contact for the job come and quote how much it would be for both trailers and what exactly would need to be done. 

New Business: Rose to be new webmaster.

Weekend #51: Ken Dutton is my co! Have a portion of the team filled. Will be contacting Melinda soon to see what dates are available for meetings. 

 Prayer Requests: College- Rose's. Sara's cousin- inoperable brain tumor, Jj had an interview for a christian radio station. Shannon- lips inflamed, all 3 women got raises at their jobs. Decolores community- God's guidance and protection, unity. Angel- thankful for growth in hard times. Beau is going to recruiting school for 5 weeks.
